Mrs. Foedjiawati has been teaching at Petra Christian University for 20 years. She is the full-time lecturer in the Bachelor program of Tourism Studies at Petra Christian University, and in currently acting as the head of Organizational development (OD) minor. She obtained her Ph.D from Assumption University in Thailand. Her dissertion is focused on the impact of OD intervention on service quality in a travel agency to reduce the gap between employees perceptions and customers’ experience of services performed. In the Master Program of Management, she is teaching Service Management, Organization Development and Change, and Organizational Development and Intervention. Kabid Studi Peminatan Organizational Development (OD).
