Foedjiawati, sudah mengajar di Universitas Kristen Petra sejak 19 tahun 6 bulan yang lalu. Beliau merupakan dosen tetap Prodi S1 Manajemen Program Manajemen Kepariwisataan yang membantu di Prodi S2 Magister Manajemen (MM) sebagai Kabid Studi Peminatan Organizational Development (OD).
Memperoleh gelar Ph.D. dari Assumption University Thailand. Disertasi doktoralnya meneliti tentang The Impact of an Organizational Development Intervention on Service Quality in a Travel Agency to Reduce the Gap between Employees Perceptions and Customers Experience of Services Performed. Di Prodi MM, Beliau mengajar mata kuliah Service Management, Organization Development and Change, Organization Development and Intervention.
