For our latest Organization Development and Intervention class, we had the absolute honor of hosting Dr. Mardi Wu @wumard , CEO of PT. Nutrifood Indonesia @nutrifood . Bapak Mardi delivered an incredibly inspiring session on Positive Leadership in Business for our class.
We learned that true positive leadership is about building a system where teams feel completely trusted, dare to grow, and are driven to give their very best.
The biggest takeaway? In the era of AI and automation, technology is easy to copy, but a healthy, safe, and trust-filled culture is almost impossible to replicate!
