Zeplin Jiwa Husada Tarigan was born in 1974. He achieved his Electric Engineering bachelor degree in Multimedia Telecommunication, his master degree in Technology Management of Ten November Institute of Technology in Surabaya, and his doctorate degree in Brawijaya University Malang. He was formerly the manager of PPIC (Planning Production Inventory Manager) in several manufactures. He has extensive experience in consulting service and active training in store, production, and data integration system. He is currently working as a lecturer in Master of Management Program, and at the same time acting as the Head of Supply Chain Management minor. His research is focused on ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), SCM (Supply Chain Management), and quality system development.
