Before teaching, he had been actively working in an airplane assembly industry for 28 years, from 1989 until 2017. He started his managerial career as a Manager Enginerring, then promoted as a Executive Vice President (EVP), and eventually a Commissioner. After retiring, he started working as a lecturer in Master of Management Program in 2014, teaching operation management, strategic management, business research, statistics, and tax chain management. In his academic career, he has actively published several papers on both national and international journals. His current academic career is as a Lector.
