Selama menangani klien rumah sakit, baik swasta maupun pemerintah/BLUD, Farnanda menemukan adanya kesenjangan antara sistem pelayanan rumah sakit dengan sistem akuntansi. Ia menyebut, terkadang data akuntansi masih dilakukan melalui pencatatan manual.

(TS/Mel)

For our latest Organization Development and Intervention class, we had the absolute honor of hosting Dr. Mardi Wu @wumard , CEO of PT. Nutrifood Indonesia @nutrifood . Bapak Mardi delivered an incredibly inspiring session on Positive Leadership in Business for our class.

We learned that true positive leadership is about building a system where teams feel completely trusted, dare to grow, and are driven to give their very best.

The biggest takeaway? In the era of AI and automation, technology is easy to copy, but a healthy, safe, and trust-filled culture is almost impossible to replicate!

A huge thank you to Pak Mardi for sharing Nutrifood’s inspiring I-CARE values with us. Swipe through to see some highlights from the class!

Recently, our MM PCU class dove deep into the subject of AI Adoption and Digital Transformation in Strategic Management. We had the absolute pleasure of learning from Mr. Ang Hari Tjahjono @tjahjonoharry , Director of Human Capital and Corporate Affairs at PT Salam Pacific Indonesia Lines (SPIL) @ptspil .

He shared invaluable lessons from SPIL’s “Beyond Shipping” journey, emphasizing that AI adoption isn’t just about buying new tools; it’s a capability decision that requires sensing opportunities, seizing them, and transforming the organization. From understanding that data replaces instinct in decision-making to realizing that prompting skills are the new differentiator in the field, it was an incredibly eye-opening session!

Big thanks to everyone who brought such great energy, and a special shoutout to Keyleen @kayleenhartono (MM in Branding & Digital Marketing Specialization) for wonderfully capturing the takeaway notes for this recap!

Baginya, gelar Magister Manajemen bukan sekadar pencapaian formal semata. (RNS/Mel)

The session reminded us that data integration is the foundation of digital transformation, AI strengthens strategy (not replaces it), and sustainability is no longer optional but a competitive advantage. The future of supply chains will be smarter, more connected, and more environmentally responsible
